Because we know who’s making the trades, everyone has to be KYC’d (know your customer) at regulated DCM / FCM (futures commission merchant)-regulated prediction markets, we have the capabilities of identifying abuse. And of course all of these rules can evolve over time. If there’s new vectors for abuse as the markets expand, there’s mechanisms for those to be incorporated and to become new rulemaking.
