第二百二十三条 责任人设立责任限制基金后，有权依据本法第二百一十六条规定提出请求的任何人，不得对责任人的任何财产行使任何权利；已设立责任限制基金的责任人的船舶或者其他财产已经被采取保全措施，或者基金设立人已经提交担保的，法院应当及时解除保全措施或者退还担保。
